Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech in the National Capital Region, Philippines, seeks a Salesman/Trader to handle and execute client orders on the Philippine Stock Exchange and onboard new clients with KYC and due diligence.

You will maintain complete trade records, comply with CMIC rules under supervision, support PSE trading readiness, and escalate suspicious conduct to compliance. SEC certification is required and Skyro sponsors training as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in the SEC Certification programme (PhilSys) is mandatory.
• Currently SEC-registered Salesman or eligible to register.
• SEC Certification rules: first-time registration within 3 years or 3+ years experience since last exam.
• Upon joining, PAM certification or proof of plan to obtain PAM is required.
• Clean regulatory record with no sanctions or disqualifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as Salesman/Trader handling and executing client orders on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
• Onboard clients: KYC and due diligence, suitability assessment, account documentation.
• Maintain complete and accurate order and trade records per Written Supervisory Procedures.
• Comply with CMIC business conduct rules under supervision of the Associated Person.
• Support PSE Trading Participant readiness and attend product training when applicable.
• Escalate suspicious transactions and client conduct issues to Compliance.
