Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company in Metro Manila, is hiring a Securities Salesman to handle and execute client orders on the Philippine Stock Exchange. The role focuses on onboarding clients, performing KYC and due diligence, and ensuring proper account documentation.

Candidates must be SEC-certified or eligible, hold a Philippine National ID to enroll, and obtain a PSE Trader account ID with PAM certification.

Qualifications

• Must be SEC-registered or eligible to register as Salesman.
• Currently SEC-registered Salesman or fully eligible to register.
• PhilSys National ID required to enroll in SEC certification.
• Able to obtain a PSE Trader account ID; PAM certification required or to be obtained on joining.
• Clean professional and regulatory record (no sanctions or suspensions).

Responsibilities

• Handle and execute client orders on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
• Onboard clients: KYC, due diligence, suitability, and documentation.
• Maintain order and trade records per Supervisory Procedures.
• Comply with CMIC rules and supervision by Associated Person.
• Support trading readiness, including training on REIT eligibility where applicable.
• Escalate suspicious transactions and client conduct issues.
