Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc. is seeking a Section Officer – Production to oversee a production section, ensure targets, quality, and safety compliance.

You will bridge production staff and management to maintain smooth workflow. Your role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, shifting schedule environment to meet daily targets and maintain GMP/HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, food safety, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities within the assigned production section.
• Ensure production targets are met according to schedule.

• Coordinate with other departments (QA, Maintenance, Warehouse) for seamless operations.
• Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
