Job summary

Harbour City Dimsum House Co., Inc. seeks a Section Supervisor – Production to lead daily production activities in the assigned section, ensuring targets, efficiency, safety, and quality align with company standards.

The role supervises production personnel, coordinates with QA, Warehouse, and Maintenance, monitors equipment usage, initiates process improvements, documents outputs and incidents, and ensures GMP/HACCP compliance in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of production processes, food safety, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities within the assigned section

• Conduct proper manpower allocation and scheduling
• Monitor machine/equipment usage and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Ensure proper documentation of production reports, output, and incidents
• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Coordinate with other departments (QA, Warehouse, Maintenance) for smooth operations
