Job summary

Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced logistics operations leader to oversee daily warehouse and transportation activities, ensuring high service levels and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive on-time/delivery targets, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize costs and improve efficiency while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Experience in managing warehouse operations, distribution, or third-party logistics providers
• Proficient in SAP, WMS, and MS Excel
• Experience handling capacity constraints and service issues

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and transport operations to ensure high service levels and inventory accuracy

Minimum requirements

• Proficient in SAP, WMS, and MS Excel
• Experience in handling operational challenges such as capacity constraints and service issues

Required skills
