Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Manager in the Philippines to lead distribution planning, optimize truck routes and ensure cost-effective, timely delivery. You will work with Sales and cross-functional teams to align logistics with business goals.

The role requires leading a 20+ person team, managing 3PL relationships, and maintaining KPI-driven operations across warehousing, transportation and order processing. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and distribution environments.
• Understanding of integrated supply chain concepts.
• Ability to communicate supply chain objectives clearly.
• Experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Familiar with dangerous goods (DG) handling preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution plan and truck optimization for daily orders to ensure timely, cost-effective and accurate delivery; coordinate with Sales and relevant parties.
• Oversee front-end warehouse KPI for third-party and in-house teams.
• Coordinate customer service, order processing, transportation, shipping, stock control and warehousing per KPI standards.
• Create integrated improvements among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers to execute the logistics process; identify tools for planning/forecasting.
• Establish work standards and monitor staff performance in the area.
• Monitor and control compliance and quality for warehousing and distribution.
• Provide reports and analysis for management’s information.
• 3PL full management.
• Team management for 20+ mid-level staff and forklift operators.

• Manage distribution plan & truck optimization for daily orders to ensure smooth distribution services in a timely, cost-effective, and accurate manner. Also, formulate distribution strategy in association with the Sales Department and relevant parties.
• Manage front-end warehouse KPI for both third party & in-house team.
• Coordinate the structures and processes of customer service, order processing, transportation, shipping service, stock control and warehousing following KPI standard.
• Create integrated improvements among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the logistic process. Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems.
• To establish work standard and monitor staff performance in the area.
• To monitor and control compliance and quality issues for the warehousing and distribution.
• To provide reports and analysis for management’s information.
• 3PL full management
• Team management for 20++ mid level role and forklift operators

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or any related fields.
• 5+ years of related in logistic, and distribution environment, added advantage with chemical background
• Must understand integrated supply chain and logistic concepts.
• Must be able to communicate supply chain objectives clearly and convey the benefits to the organization.
• Good system awareness and methodical work approach with strong leadership skill.
• Experience in SAP is mandatory.
• Experience in logistic related skill to dangerous good (DG)
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
