Job summary

Toplis Logistics in Manila region seeks a Logistics Manager to oversee facility operations, inbound/outbound activities and inventory management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

You will lead warehouse teams, manage client accounts for 3PL services, drive process improvements with Lean or Six Sigma concepts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while reporting on performance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant logistics management experience.
• Experience with project and program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory processes.
• Serve as operational contact for 3PL clients to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff.
• Implement continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve capacity.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines and local safety standards are followed.
• Monitor budgets and prepare productivity reports.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Facility Operations: Direct and manage all inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory management processes to ensure high efficiency and accuracy.
• Client & Account Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for 3PL clients, ensuring SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and floor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
• Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to reduce operational costs and maximize storage capacity and throughput.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, facility safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor operational budgets, analyze financial performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on productivity and resource utilization.
