Beyond Innovations Inc. in Manila is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely distribution of goods.
You will lead a team, coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels. The role requires 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, and proficiency in WMS/ERP and MS Office.
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall warehouse operations and logistics activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of goods. The role ensures optimal utilization of resources, compliance with company policies and safety standards, and achievement of operational targets.
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain inventory integrity.
Implement warehouse procedures and controls to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Oversee transportation and delivery activities to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues.
Optimize routing and delivery schedules to improve service levels and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company standards.
Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Identify training needs and implement development programs.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.
Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
Monitor slow-moving, aging, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inventory transactions.
Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Maintain warehouse security and safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Lead investigations of incidents and implement preventive measures.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems, and logistics operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
