Job summary

Makro Philippines is seeking a Section Manager for Frozen, Dairy & Chill to oversee the daily operations of the Frozen, Dairy & Chilled section, ensuring product availability, freshness, quality and profitability. This role manages inventory, merchandising, cold chain compliance, staff performance, and customer service while maintaining food safety standards and achieving sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery operations; at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
Experience managing frozen, dairy, or chilled products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Frozen, Dairy & Chilled section to ensure product availability, freshness, quality, and profitability.
