Job summary

Torero Global Outsourcing Corp. is seeking a Dispatch Support onsite in Eastwood, Metro Manila to coordinate real-time delivery operations for Amazon US.

You will monitor driver status, track routes, manage device assignments, and provide immediate troubleshooting to keep deliveries on schedule. Key tasks include using dashboards to monitor performance, reporting issues, communicating clearly with drivers and clients by phone and chat, and completing Day Start and Closer checklists.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking to manage driver calls while updating reports.
• High attention to detail for tracking statuses and equipment.
• Clear communication to give instructions to drivers.
• Proactive problem-solving for delays and equipment failure.
• Ability to enforce operational rules, cutoffs and safety protocols.
• BPO/Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use dashboards to monitor driver status, route progress, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor real-time safety alerts and maintain driver performance records.
• Communicate with drivers and clients to address inquiries and issues.
• Execute Day Start and Closer checklists for shift transitions.
• Maintain logs of vehicle and equipment assignments.
• Ensure drivers log into safety and performance apps at route start.
• Work with onsite clients and US-based managers to align daily operations.
