Job summary

Torero Global Outsourcing Corp in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics and back-office tasks. This full-time freelancer position operates on a 4-day week with three consecutive rest days and a night shift, based at Eastwood, Quezon City office.

You will prepare Excel reports, manage data from multiple systems, monitor routes, and coordinate with drivers and managers to ensure smooth daily execution.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Reporting: Use Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and charts to prepare reports and track performance metrics.
• Download, organize, and manage data from different tools and systems into Excel.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to help operations run smoothly.
• Operations Coordination: Assist with monitoring routes and coordinating with drivers when needed.
• Collaborate with managers and operations teams to ensure seamless daily execution.
