You will manage daily technician schedules, assign calls, and optimise routes across customer locations while coordinating with the US team and internal staff.

This senior position requires strong judgment, organisational skills, and the ability to make real-time scheduling decisions in a fast-paced field-service

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & dispatch management across ChefTek's US dispatch operation.
• Manage daily technician schedules, assignments, and service calls.
• Optimise routes, monitor real-time schedules, and address conflicts.
• Coordinate with customers, dispatchers, managers, technicians, and admins.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and update job statuses.
