Job summary

The role focuses on delivering training for the general workforce and targeted functional areas, coordinating training schedules, and advancing learning programs within the BPO context.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Training Experience in the BPO Industry.
• Proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
• Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements.
• Possibly supervise less experienced professionals and take responsibility for end-products.
• Improve day-to-day activities and processes within the team.
