Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a BPO Trainer to support the H&R Block Seasonal Account. The role focuses on delivering effective training programs, coordinating sessions, and ensuring trainees gain the knowledge and skills needed to perform in a BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on BPO training experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage learners with different styles and levels. This is a 100% onsite contract role in Sucat, Parañaque City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of overall BPO industry experience.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a BPO Trainer.
• Experience handling New Hire, Nesting, Product, Process, or Refresher Training.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, or curriculum development.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and paces.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and other training tools preferred.

• Deliver training programs for new hires, nesting, process, product, refresher, and other business requirements using approved training materials and methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning sessions while adapting delivery methods to different learning styles and comprehension levels.
• Coordinate training schedules, manage training activities, and monitor trainee participation and learning progress.
• Create, update, and improve training materials, presentations, guides, assessments, and other learning resources as required.
• Support training effectiveness and process improvement initiatives while maintaining training records and utilizing LMS and other training tools.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver training programs for new hires, nesting, process, product, refresher, and other business requirements using approved training materials and methodologies.

Important Notes

• This is a contractual position until the end of April 2027.
• The role is 100% onsite in Sucat, Parañaque City.
• Candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including schedules required by the business.
