Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Manila is seeking an experienced Trainer for the H&R Block – Seasonal Account. This onsite role in Sucat offers a basic salary of ₱25,500–₱40,000, plus a performance bonus up to ₱2,500, with a shifting schedule.

You will train, coach and develop BPO staff, applying adult-learning principles and curriculum design. Strong English, presentation and LMS familiarity are required or beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO experience required.
• 6 months–1 year of training experience in BPO.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, or curriculum design.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt training to different learning styles and paces.
• Experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development is a plus.
• Familiarity with LMS and training tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate training sessions for BPO staff.
• Coach and develop agents to improve performance.
• Assess training needs and design curriculum and materials.
