• Track record of building scalable sales motions and playbooks.

• Lead and develop a hub-based SEA inside sales team (Core AEs and JSM overlays).
• Build targeted inbound/outbound plays for net-new and win-back opportunities.
• Establish clear account ownership, qualification standards and cadences to accelerate multi-product opportunities.
