Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Sea Export Team Lead to manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workload distribution and adherence to international freight standards. You will drive service quality, respond to customer needs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Sea Export group.

The role requires a 4-year degree, English fluency, and experience in seafreight operations, with preference for multinational freight forwarding exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Graduate of at least a 4-year course.
• Operational experience in logistics or freight forwarding (min 1 year).
• Exposure to seafreight forwarding operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Sea Export operations and workload management.
• Maintain service quality and meet customer requirements with proactive issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement with BCM and Operations Process teams.
• Monitor KPIs, take corrective actions, and foster accountability.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
