Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Sea Export Leader to manage day-to-day Sea Export operations in a multinational logistics environment. You will oversee workload, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of logistics ops experience, strong English proficiency, and familiarity with Cargowise and export documentation. You will coordinate with global teams to optimize shipments and customer service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• At least 1 year of operational logistics experience.
• Experience with a multinational freight forwarder preferred.
• Strong understanding of sea freight operations, export documentation, and customs clearance.
• Knowledge of customer requirements in terms of information flow, transportation, and warehousing.
• Knowledge/experience in Cargowise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Sea Export operations.
• Ensure workload balance and adherence to standards.
• Drive productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction; resolve issues proactively.
• Champion process improvements with BCM and Operations Process teams.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise Freight Forwarder staff and ensure accurate shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries with logistics solutions.
• Coordinate and execute export shipments.
• Submit operational and customer reports on time.
• Coordinate with DSV offices on account-specific requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and conduct reviews as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
