Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead – Operational Services for Ocean & Air Freight to manage account activities and oversee Control Towers tasks. The role requires driving process improvements, monitoring performance against SLA, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in logistics or related field, fluency in English, and experience with freight forwarding or shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• Experience in Shared Service Center or Freight Forwarding is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Control Towers tasks and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive process optimization, accountability, and ownership across teams.
• Monitor performance and prepare/ Present reports to stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team and processes.
• Coach and mentor team members; resolve recurring issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure health & safety in operations.
