Job summary

DSV is seeking a forward-thinking Sea Export Team Lead to manage day-to-day Sea Export operations from the Philippines. You will drive productivity, ensure service quality, and proactively resolve issues to meet customer requirements.

The role involves collaborating with BCM and Operations Process teams to optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and mentor Freight Forwarder staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a 4-year course
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Operational industry experience in similar capacity (min 1 year)
• Prefer experience in a multinational freight forwarder
• Understanding of customer information flow, transport, warehousing and logistics
• Excellent knowledge of Seafreight forwarding operations
• Experience in Customer Service, Document Processing, Customs Clearance Export
• Knowledge/experience in Cargowise is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Sea Export team
• Maintain productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement with BCM and Operations Process teams
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and take corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to procedures, regulations and quality standards
• Supervise Freight Forwarder staff and ensure compliant shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries with effective logistics solutions
• Coordinate export shipments and maintain timely reports
• Engage with DSV offices and stakeholders for shipment instructions
• Handle customer concerns and conduct business reviews
• Support improvement initiatives and special assignments
