Job summary

You will lead the NOC team, plan resources, manage shifts, ensure SLA compliance, handle major incidents, and produce operations reviews.

The role requires ITIL proficiency, strong incident/problem management, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation/Intermed. experience required.
