Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking an experienced SD-WAN Network Tech Lead to oversee day-to-day NOC operations, ensure high-quality service delivery across optical transport, Ethernet/IP, SD-WAN, Voice, and infrastructure domains.

You will lead the NOC team, manage resource planning and shifts, drive incident management and SLAs, and report on performance. A strong ITIL background and hands-on networking expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in telecom/network operations.
• 5+ years managing NOC teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and incident management.

Responsibilities
