Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Manila is seeking a Network Infra & Voice Operations Engineer (L1) to provide 24x7 monitoring and first-level support across Optical, Ethernet/IP, SD-WAN, Voice, and Colocation services. You will monitor alarms, triage incidents, and create tickets while coordinating with vendors and field teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of Data and Voice operation/NOC experience and hands-on skills with SD-WAN, Juniper, SIP, and VoIP technologies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Data and Voice operation /NOC experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and events using NMS tools.
• Acknowledge and triage incidents.
• Execute standard operating procedures.
• Perform first-level diagnosis.
• Create and update tickets.
• Communicate incident updates to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2 teams.
• Support shift handoffs and reporting.
