Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Scrum Master to help delivery teams apply Agile practices and remove blockers for successful delivery. The role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching, and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will coach cross-functional teams, collaborate with Product Owners, and monitor sprint metrics like velocity and burndown, ensuring timely feature delivery and smooth production releases.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Data-related experience highly preferred.
• Experience in Data Migration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and guide delivery teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and help teams resolve issues and conflicts.
• Promote team collaboration, self-management, continuous improvement, and a safe working environment.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and groom the product backlog and support sprint planning and releases.
• Monitor team capacity, velocity, burndown, defects, and overall sprint progress.
• Track and communicate project/delivery status, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineers, vendors, partners, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of features and proper coordination of production releases.
• Maintain Agile metrics and relevant project documentation.
• Support continuous process improvements and Agile maturity within the team.
