Job summary

APW Tech in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to guide the development team in Agile and Scrum practices for delivering full-stack solutions. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and mentor the team to improve processes.

You should have 2–3 years of Scrum Master experience, familiarity with Jira and Confluence, and knowledge of .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Background or knowledge in .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL is preferred.
• Previous experience in software development or testing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to clearly document and explain technical details.
