Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to enable Agile practices across software development teams in Manila. You will guide Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality software.

You will monitor progress with metrics and support continuous improvement, engaging stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud, plus strong Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ability to use metrics and reporting tools to track team progress and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve impediments hindering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the Scrum Team(s).

Job description

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the smooth operation of software development teams by enabling Agile practices and fostering collaboration. Your day will involve guiding teams through various Agile ceremonies, addressing challenges that arise, and ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality results. You will support continuous improvement by monitoring progress and encouraging open communication among team members and stakeholders.
