Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to enable Agile practices across software development teams in Manila. You will guide Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality software.

You will monitor progress with metrics and support continuous improvement, engaging stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud, plus strong Agile/Scrum

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Ability to use metrics and reporting tools to track team progress and performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to identify and resolve impediments hindering productivity.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the Scrum Team(s).
Remove barriers to successful implementation and ensure focus on delivering high-quality results.
Monitor progress, report metrics, and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions and delivery.
