Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking a Scrum Master to enable Agile practices and drive high-performing software teams. You will coach the Scrum Team(s), facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and protect focus on delivering quality software.

You will monitor progress with metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote continuous improvement across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• Based at the Manila office or near Manila for on-site work.
• Expert Scrum Master with strong Agile coaching background.

Job description

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the smooth operation of software development teams by enabling Agile practices and fostering collaboration. Your day will involve guiding teams through various Agile ceremonies, addressing challenges that arise, and ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering high-quality results. You will support continuous improvement by monitoring progress and encouraging open communication among team members and stakeholders.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to use metrics and reporting tools to track team progress and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven capability to identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team productivity.

Additional Information
