Job summary

Multisys Technologies Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master to ensure the team embraces agile values and principles. You will coach the Scrum Team to deliver innovative software solutions and facilitate rapid delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, assisting the PO with backlog grooming, shielding the team from interruptions, and conducting training on agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field.
• At least 3 years experience as Scrum Master.

Job Summary:

A Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team/organization embraces the agile values and principles. Assists and coaches the Scrum Team to deliver excellent and innovative software solutions, which contain complex yet intuitive functionalities to customers. Moreover, this role plays an active role in enabling the rapid delivery of high quality products to meet customer experience and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coach the team
• Assist the PO in grooming the backlog
• Shield the development team from interruptions
• Conduct training sessions about agile practices, values, and principles
• Facilitate resolution of obstacles and escalation of issues when necessary

Ensure that on certain events, relevant documents are made available such as the following:

• Planning Phase: Definition of Ready, Definition of Done
• Sprint Phase: Impediment list

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field
• With at least 3-year experience as Scrum Master

Sound knowledge on the following:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or production process
• Knowledge in TPS (Toyota Production System preferred)
• Some knowledge in Extreme Programming (XP)
• Proficient in collaboration tools (e.g Jira)
• Insight to common problems encountered by teams
