Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage implementations/opportunities/cases.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong typing speed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; able to format and update script files.
• Flexible, self-starter able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track implementations/opportunities/cases through Salesforce CRM.
• Format and update personalized answering service and onHold music script files.
• Handle multiple responsibilities with deadlines and priorities.
• Work US Eastern Hours 9am-6pm and follow US holiday schedule.
