Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an Analyst to work in a small team, processing and implementing new voicemail scripts for the Callmax website using Goldwave. Manage new and existing account updates while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Over time, this role will expand to be the primary back-up for the script writing position, gathering leasing information from property managers and creating written voicemail scripts tailored to their community.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM for tracking implementations.
• Excellent spoken and written communication with strong typing.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track implementations/opportunities/cases through the Salesforce CRM.
• Format and update personalized answering service and onHold music script files.
• Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with strong typing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, always striving for 100% accuracy.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Word and Outlook.
• Flexible and focused self-starter with the ability to follow directives and work independently.
• Other duties as assigned, including cross training to backup for other members of the team.
