Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Procurement / Supply Chain professional to analyze end-to-end EPC procurement plans, ensure alignment with project timelines, and validate PMC reports through on-site monitoring and third-party inputs.

You will support local sourcing of non-EPC items and act as the main SCM contact for OVWPI, delivering weekly procurement reports and highlighting risks with actionable mitigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in procurement within construction projects is preferred.
• End-to-end procurement process experience.
• Familiarity with QA and material testing for industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly procurement reports across Planning–Purchasing–Manufacture–Testing–Shipping–Port Release–Storage–Warranties–Payment.
• Highlight indicators that translate to delivery impact against the project plan.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions for delayed items and support EPC from local contacts.

Customs Duties Incentive Entitlements

• Develop the estimated duties incentives and implement to target
• Manage customs/duty free incentives paperwork to ensure entitlements are availed accordingly for the imports

Local Sourcing

• Support non-project procurement items to be delivered on time
• Oversight on communications with insurance brokers for shipment inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering or related course
• With at least five (5) years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain / Logistics
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage
• End to end procurement process
• Importation process and Incoterms
• F amiliarity with Quality Assurance and Material Testing processes (for manufacture of industri al equipment)
