Job summary

Quipper Philippines Inc. seeks a results-driven Partner Success Manager to own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of schools across the assigned area, from onboarding through renewal, coordinating with school administrators and teachers.

You will lead renewal planning, demonstrate product value, monitor utilization, and collaborate with Sales to grow revenue while ensuring excellent customer experience through fieldwork and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Teaching background is advantageous but not required; e-learning experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and ability to learn new technology.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to do 100% fieldwork and travel within the assigned area; passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationship of an assigned portfolio of schools from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead renewal planning and commercial discussions with partner schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, owners, heads, coordinators, and teachers.
• Ensure successful implementation and onboarding of Quipper products with training and adoption.
• Drive product adoption and engagement by monitoring platform usage and conducting reviews.
• Monitor account health, identify at-risk schools, and execute intervention plans.
• Identify opportunities for additional licenses and products; collaborate with Sales.
• Conduct regular school visits and strategic business reviews during the year.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and engagement history in systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content, and Support to resolve client concerns.
