Job summary

Quipper Philippines Inc. is seeking a Partner Success professional to own post-sales relationships with a portfolio of schools. You will guide onboarding, drive renewal discussions, and ensure ongoing adoption of Quipper products for teachers and students.

You will frequently travel within the assigned area, build strong school partnerships, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Content, and Support to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, IT or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills; willingness to fieldwork travel.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationship with assigned schools from onboarding to renewal; primary contact for administrators and stakeholders.
• Lead renewal planning and commercial discussions with partner schools; present utilization and renewal proposals.
• Build strong relationships with principals, owners, heads, coordinators, and teachers to drive retention.
• Coordinate training, activation and adoption activities for teachers and students.
• Drive product adoption by monitoring platform usage and conducting business reviews; identify gaps and actions.
• Monitor account health, identify at-risk schools, and execute intervention plans to secure renewals.
• Identify opportunities for additional licenses and collaborate with Sales for growth.
• Conduct regular school visits and executive check-ins; perform strategic business reviews.
