Job summary

Quipper Philippines Inc. is seeking a Field-Driven Partner Success professional to own post-sales relationships across a portfolio of schools in the Philippines. You will manage onboarding through renewal, lead renewal discussions, and drive product adoption with principals, academic heads, and teachers.

Travel to client sites is a core part of the role. The role requires a university degree, strong presentation and communication skills, and a willingness to perform 100% fieldwork with travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, IT or related field is required or open for fresh graduates.
• Experience in teaching is a plus but not required; e-learning background is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
• Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to do 100% fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationship for an assigned portfolio of schools from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead renewal planning and commercial discussions with partner schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, school owners, academic heads, coordinators, and teachers.
• Coordinate training, activation, and adoption activities for teachers and students.
• Monitor platform usage and conduct business reviews to increase utilization.
• Identify at-risk accounts and execute intervention plans to secure renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for additional licenses and product expansion.
• Conduct regular school visits and executive check-ins throughout the school year.
