About the role:
Onboards schools and drives adoption in an assigned area; supports renewals, monitors account health and intervenes early on at-risk accounts.
This role is under the Partner Success department and reports to the Partner Success Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Own the post-sales relationship of an assigned portfolio of schools from onboarding through renewal, serving as the primary point of contact for school administrators and key stakeholders.
- Lead renewal planning and commercial discussions with partner schools, including presenting utilization, value delivered, enrollment changes, additional license opportunities, and renewal proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school owners, academic heads, coordinators, and teachers to strengthen long-term partnerships and improve customer retention.
- Ensure successful implementation and onboarding of Quipper products by coordinating training, activation, and adoption activities for teachers and students.
- Drive product adoption and engagement by regularly monitoring platform usage, conducting business reviews, identifying gaps, and executing action plans to increase utilization.
- Monitor account health through defined success metrics, proactively identify at-risk schools, and execute intervention plans to improve satisfaction and secure renewals.
- Identify opportunities for additional licenses, new products, and service expansion, and collaborate with Sales to maximize account growth.
- Conduct regular school visits, relationship-building activities, executive check-ins, and strategic business reviews throughout the school year.
- Maintain accurate account records, renewal forecasts, customer health updates, and engagement history within company systems.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Content, and Support teams to resolve client concerns, advocate customer needs, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Escalate commercial risks, competitive threats, and customer issues early, while recommending strategies to protect revenue and strengthen long-term retention.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology or any related field; open to fresh graduates.
- Teaching background in a regular classroom set-up is an advantage but not required; e-learning/education experience an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Google Workspace, and the ability to learn new technology.
- Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to do 100% fieldwork and travel within the assigned area; must be passionate about education.

Job Type: Full-Time, Regular
Work location: 100% Fieldwork and Travel within the assigned areas.
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, with work during weekends or Philippine holidays, if needed.
