Emapta Philippines is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support Accelevant Premium Audit LLC in delivering precise, client-focused audits and scheduling with US-based partners. The role is on-site at Pilando Magsaysay, Baguio, with a night shift and weekends off.

The team offers opportunities for mentorship, growth, and exposure to global clients. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service, excellent English communication, and the ability to follow SOPs and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related client support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and confident English proficiency.
• Strong ability to follow company policies, SOPs, scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to remind clients to submit audit forms and address questions about the audit process.
• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking information about audits and related procedures.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone and email professionally.
• Apply problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate issues with empathy.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the inventory system.
• Update client contact information and follow up to facilitate audit completion.

The Qualifications We Seek

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct outbound calls to remind clients to submit required audit forms and address questions about the audit process.
• Handle inbound calls from clients seeking information or clarification regarding their audits and related procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally through phone and email communication.
• Apply effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques to troubleshoot issues, de-escalate challenging situations, and address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the inventory system, including contact details, communication records, and correspondence history.
• Update client contact information as needed and follow up using newly obtained details to facilitate audit completion.
