Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compile daily field accomplishment and progress reports using ISDP.
• Evaluate target completion dates against designs, specs, and project schedules.
• Prepare site-level BOQ, BOM, cash flows, and redline/as-built BOQs.
• Verify PO specifications and ensure quantity accuracy for deliverables.
• Oversee local manpower recruitment, equipment rental canvassing, and material procurement.
• Manage multiple installation teams and site locations with SOP adherence.
• Execute directives from head management with high autonomy and proactive leadership.

About the role

A Site Engineer (Civil Engineering) with 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications construction to manage multi-site field implementations, direct field crews, and ensure technical compliance against project baselines.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multi-site assignments, establish field implementation best practices, and determine exact machinery, tool, and equipment requirements

• Compile daily field accomplishment and progress reports utilizing the ISDP (Integrated Site Delivery Platform) application

• Evaluate target completion dates for all site scopes against approved engineering design drawings, technical specifications, Gantt charts, and PERT-CPM networks

• Prepare site-level Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), project cash flows, and redline / as-built BOQs

• Verify Purchase Order (PO) specifications and ensure line-item quantity accuracy for all deliverables

• Oversee local manpower recruitment, equipment rental canvassing, and material procurement across active sites

• Manage multiple installation teams and site locations simultaneously in accordance with Telecommunications Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Carry out directives from head management with high autonomy, demonstrating clear proactive leadership during site execution
