Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking a senior professional to oversee right-of-way acquisition and land access for fiber network deployment. The role focuses on securing permits, coordinating pole attachments, and negotiating access with landowners, subdivisions, and utilities.

You will lead routing and site acquisition efforts in urban areas, ensure LGU compliance, and manage ROW issues while guiding a project team to minimize deployment delays.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in ROW acquisition or land access for telecom/utilities.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience securing permits for aerial and underground fiber installation.
• Experience with pole attachment agreements and utility coordination.
• Negotiating access with private landowners, subdivisions, and commercial properties.
• Hands-on route planning and site acquisition for fiber networks.
• Experience with local government permits and compliance.
• Managing ROW issues in dense urban and residential areas.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills; knowledge of ROW requirements, permits, zoning, and construction regulations.
