Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes. You will work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver interfaces and enhancements.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, testing, documentation, and coordinating with global teams. 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience and willingness to work a US shift from the office are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.
• Good knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management.
• Understanding of ABAP, interfaces, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in US shift.
