Job summary

Accenture Inc. is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to join our team of experts responsible for end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules across HR functions.

You will drive requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, configure systems, conduct testing and support cutover and post-go-live activities, while collaborating with clients and SMEs. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM ECC, plus strong communication, ability to lead workshops, and willingness to travel are

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience configuring and implementing any SuccessFactors modules.
• Total 3–5 years of IT or Operations experience, preferably SAP HCM/HR domains.
• At least 2–3 years as HR business user or HR IT administrator.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, design, UAT and deployment.
• Experience with client collaboration on requirements and business processes.
• Ability to document and present solutions with various methods.
• Knowledge of HR business process design and development.
• Consulting skills with ability to lead workshops and training.
• Willing to travel for onshore requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases from planning to post-go-live support.
• Lead or participate in requirements gathering workshops.
• Perform fit-gap analysis against SAP standard functionality.
• Create/update Configuration Workbooks and document processes.
• Configure SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business needs.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT and system integration testing as needed.
• Assist with data conversion and cutover planning/execution.
• Provide knowledge transfer to developers and onshore teams.
• Offer post go-live support and continuous service improvements.
• Identify areas for improvement and best practices.
