Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation specialist to provide production support and configure compensation processes. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with cycle readiness and post-cycle activities, and collaborate with EC, HR, and integration teams to deliver reliable compensation solutions.

The role requires strong testing, data mapping, and reporting skills, with experience in UT/SIT/UAT and SAP SFS modules.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and production support.
• Good understanding of compensation planning processes, worksheets, rules and statements.
• Experience supporting compensation cycles, testing, troubleshooting and post-cycle support.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its impact on Compensation.
• Experience with SuccessFactors configuration components including Business Rules, MDF, RBP, workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues, data discrepancies and cross-module dependencies.
• Ability to analyze compensation data issues and collaborate with EC and integration teams.
• Experience with UT, SIT, UAT and regression testing, including positive/negative scenarios.
• Experience supporting SuccessFactors releases and production deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including ticket triage and issue resolution.
• Support compensation configuration, annual and off-cycle processes, planning, and statements.
• Troubleshoot defects, data discrepancies, and integration issues across modules.
• Support compensation cycle readiness, testing, execution, and post-cycle activities.
• Execute configuration updates with documentation and change controls.
• Support Employee Central and Talent processes impacting Compensation and data flows.
• Monitor and resolve data replication and integration issues with related systems.
• Assess end-to-end impact of configuration changes and releases.
• Support UT, SIT, UAT, including test scenario design and execution.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using Story/Canvas/Table/Dashboard.
• Prepare functional specs for technical teams and document test cases.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and leadership to deliver improvements.
• Maintain documentation including config details and troubleshooting procedures.
