Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors specialist to provide production support and optimize Compensation configurations across modules. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to ensure accurate cycle execution and reporting.

The role emphasizes data integrity, testing, and applying changes with proper controls, while engaging with global teams to deliver reliable SAP SF solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and production support.
• Good understanding of compensation planning processes and related components.
• Experience with UT/SIT/UAT and regression testing in HR tech implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its impact on Compensation.
• Familiarity with SF configuration components (MDF, RBP, Rules, workflows).

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including triage and resolution.
• Support Compensation configuration, annual and off-cycle processes and worksheets.
• Troubleshoot defects, data discrepancies, and integration issues across modules.
• Assist with cycle readiness, testing, and post-cycle activities for compensation.
• Execute configuration updates with proper change controls.
• Support Employee Central and Talent processes impacting Compensation.
• Monitor data replication and resolve integration issues with SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare functional specs and test documentation for technical teams.
