Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP Finance Senior Manager to lead complex SAP finance implementations for a global client portfolio. You will work with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.

In this role, you will mentor teams, manage client relationships, ensure quality delivery, and apply systems thinking to drive financial transformation using SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in SAP finance or related roles.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

As a SAP Finance Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalade, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
• Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive client success
• Applying analytical thinking to improve financial reporting processes
