Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a Staff to support end-to-end Order to Cash processes across customer master data, billing, invoicing, collections and cash application. The role emphasizes accuracy, control adherence, and the use of automation and data analytics to improve speed and value.

Work with ERP platforms such as Business Central, D365, SAP or Ariba, and build dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs. Strong foundational accounting knowledge and SOX awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Management Accounting (preferred) or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant accounting or finance process experience.
• Exposure to transition/migration projects and multi-country delivery is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process Customer Master Data Management accurately and timely.
• Process Sales Orders, Customer Invoicing, AR Collections, and Cash Application.
• Validate remittance data and ensure accurate ERP postings (e.g., BC, SAP, D365).
• Support billing accuracy, revenue recognition, and dispute resolution.
• Update trackers and dashboards reporting KPIs for multi-country engagements.
• Ensure SOX controls compliance and audit readiness.
