Job summary

Accenture Philippines seeks an Order to Cash Operations Analyst to independently execute Billing, AR, Cash Applications and Reconciliations with strict adherence to controls and SLAs. The role requires effective coordination with internal stakeholders and a strong O2C process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for O2C processes including Billing, AR, Cash Applications, and Reconciliations.
• Execute end-to-end O2C transactions per SOPs and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely SLAs.
• Resolve issues; escalate complex exceptions as needed.
• Support month-end close and balance validations.
