Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash experience to manage orders, billing, invoicing, and collections. SAP proficiency and Logistics/Supply Chain background are highly preferred.

The role is contract-based with a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati City, offering collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably 3–5 years
• Strong hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash
• Experience in Order Management, Order Entry, Billing, Invoicing, and Collections
• Heavy SAP user experience required
• Logistics or Supply Chain experience highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
• Shared Services/GBS experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2C processes, from order entry and fulfillment to billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Process and manage customer orders using SAP
• Prepare and validate customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Monitor customer accounts and coordinate payment collections
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order, billing, and payment issues
• Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation
• Generate O2C reports and support process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
