Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders via Esker, EDI, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy of sales order data in SAP ERP.
• Monitor order workflows and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage requests via shared mailboxes and respond professionally.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
