Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related customer support.
• Night Shift schedule experience and US client exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to vendor, supplier, and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, discrepancies, and account balances.
• Process and validate supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on approvals, missing documents, and payment issues.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate invoices, pricing differences, and payment variances.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP accounts to ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with procurement, receiving, purchasing, and other internal departments to resolve invoice and payment concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor communications, invoice status, and issue resolution.
• Assist with payment processing, invoice adjustments, and month-end closing activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and applicable accounting standards.
• Meet established SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards.
