Job summary

Abbott Philippines in Taguig City seeks a Customer Service Specialist (ADPI) to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and manage related activities, including returns, credits, escalations, and SLA adherence.

You will work with SAP ERP, Esker, and Salesforce, coordinating with Master Data, Purchasing, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Distribution Centers. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and willingness to night shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, data entry, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong keyboarding, typing, and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently via Fax, email, Esker, EDI, Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy of all sales order data in SAP ERP.
• Monitor and manage order workflows for timely completion.
• Handle incoming requests through shared mailboxes and respond professionally with timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues across Esker, SAP, and Salesforce.
